Options for account balances:  Money on customer accounts will automatically carry forward to the assigned school for the new academic year.  However, funds on student accounts may be donated to help other students (often elementary) afford a school meal, transferred to a sibling’s account or refunded via a check.

Meal Charge policy and Courtesy Snack

Students without adequate funds are allowed to charge on meal to their account, creating a negative balance.  Students who exceed the limit will be offered a courtesy snack with milk or juice.  To prevent your child from being offered the courtesy snack, please provide money for your student's meals each day or prepay for meals in advance.  School cafeterias make every effort to inform students and parents when funds are low.  To assist parents, student account balances can be monitored any time via our online payment program, www.MyPaymentPlus.com.   Parents do not need to use the online payment program to be able to monitor accounts. It is also suggested to set the low balance alert to $10 or higher, so you will receive an email reminder when funds are low.
